Poji's Tempe is a based company located in Bukit Gambir, Tangkak, Johor. We are a company that produce tempe by using a good quality of soy bean. We are committed to supply our product to all over Malaysia including in northern area. Our goal is to be able to give a good service to our customers and expand our business in the process of manufacturing and supplying progressive fresh tempe to the local market. At the moment, we manage to have seven (7) outlets in Malaysia which are in Bukit Gambir, Batu Pahat, Pontian, Seremban, Sabak Bernam, Kuala Lumpur, and Kedah. We are grateful that our product has been certified by Halal Jakim, My Food Tag, MesTI and Buatan Malaysia as this has given us a competitive advantage to do more! As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their queries are handled promptly and effectively. You will assist customers with inquiries, provide product/service information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience, enhancing the company's reputation and customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Support -Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person. -Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. -Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or policies. -Assist customers with technical issues, troubleshooting, and other service-related inquiries. 2. Problem Solving: -Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, providing solutions, or escalating complex issues to higher-level support. -Offer alternative solutions when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. -Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily. 3. Order Management: -Assist customers with placing, tracking, and modifying orders. -Process returns, exchanges, or refunds as per company policy. -Ensure timely processing of customer orders and requests. 4. Skills and Qualifications: -Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication abilities. -Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze issues and find appropriate solutions quickly. -Interpersonal Skills: Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and empathy. -Attention to Detail: Ensuring customer information is accurate and issues are documented properly. -Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, chat tools, and basic troubleshooting. -Time Management: Ability to handle multiple inquiries and tasks effectively within set time frames. -Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with different teams to provide the best service to customers.
