Key Responsibilities: Reporting to HR Manager. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination. Onboard new employees and ensure proper documentation and orientation. Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards. Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
