Key Responsibilities: • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations across all campuses, ensuring alignment with 42 Malaysia’s mission and goals together with the FutureX Digital Skills programme. • Implement and improve processes, policies, and programs to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness. • Collaborate with campus leaders to support the unique needs of each location, including student experience, program delivery, and resource allocation. • Track operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for the CEO/COO and board. Strategic Planning & Execution: • Assist the CEO/COO in planning and executing strategic initiatives, particularly those with cross-functional impact. • Drive organizational goals by managing high-impact projects, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion. • Lead cross-functional teams on key projects to improve program delivery, student satisfaction, and industry engagement. Marketing & Digital Outreach: • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive digital outreach strategies. • Enhance brand awareness by identifying opportunities for digital growth, including social media, partnerships, and content marketing. • Oversee analytics for digital campaigns, using data insights to optimize marketing efforts and expand our reach to target audiences. Internal Communication & Collaboration: • Act as a bridge between the CEO/COO and various departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams. • Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration to streamline processes and enhance team cohesion. • Develop and maintain internal communication protocols, fostering a transparent and positive work environment. Resource Management: • Oversee resource allocation to ensure optimal distribution and utilization of financial, physical, and human resources. • Develop and manage budgets in collaboration with finance and each of the head of campus, ensuring fiscal responsibility across campuses. • Support recruitment and onboarding processes, working closely with HR to ensure a seamless experience for new hires. Stakeholder Engagement: • Represent 42 Malaysia in meetings with industry partners, government agencies, and educational institutions. • Support the CEO/COO in preparing materials for stakeholder engagements, including presentations, reports, and data analysis. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to foster opportunities for collaboration and program support. Requirements: • Experience: 8+ years in operations, project management, or a similar role; experience in a Director or Chief of Staff role is preferred. • Skills: Proven ability to develop operational strategies, excellent leadership and communication skills, strong project management capabilities, and familiarity with digital marketing. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing & advertising, business, management, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA) is an advantage.
