Tour Operations Executive/ Senior Executive
Job Overview:We are seeking an energetic and well-organized individual with experience in travel agency/travel planning and customer service to join our growing team.You will be handling the day-to-day travel booking inquiries and after-sales customer service.Support the business development department in obtaining the most competitive quote for air tickets, hotels, ground transportation, and tour services.Plan, review, and revise tour proposals to meet company and client needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling booking inquiries (both individual and group bookings).
- Plan and organize travel from beginning to end, booking air tickets, accommodation, ground transportation, tour services, etc.
- Plan & prepare custom travel itineraries/proposals, prepare quotations, invoices, and be responsible for collecting payment from the clients.
- Liaise with travel vendors/partners for booking and obtain/negotiate the most competitive price.
- Provide advice on the travel visa application.
- Ensure payment & deadlines are met for respective airlines and ground operators.
- Track and analyze frequent operational issues and recommend solutions to prevent a recurrence.
- Ensure that all work is executed in a professional, accurate, and timely manner.
- Recruitment of new travel vendors/partners and maintaining a good relationship with travel vendors/partners.
- Handle ad-hoc unforeseen travel problems and after-sales customer queries/complaints.

- A minimum of diploma holder in any business-related field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the travel industry.
- Required language(s): English & Mandarin (as the role requires handling Mandarin-speaking clients and travel vendors).
- The ability to prioritize and cope with pressure at busy times.
- Must be well organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
- Traveling is required for this position.
- Working during the weekend is required for this position from time to time.
- Knowledge of the Sabre ticketing system is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a MUST.
