  • Responsible for overall Human Resource operations and Payroll functions
  • Manage overall payroll processing including liaising with the related government statutory bodies. e.g. EPF, Socso, PCB, HRDF.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of the company's payroll. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations affecting payroll and ensure adherence to all applicable laws and best standard practices.
  • Hiring and recruitment – vacancy placement, pre-screening of candidates, job interview and staff induction.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring HR procedures, policies, and best practices.
  • Experience in handling HR systems is an added advantage.
  • Familiar with up-to-date Malaysian Employment Act with experience in handling employee grievances, counselling and related.
  • Perform other HR related duties as assigned by the Management.
  • 5.5 working days
  • Possess good HR knowledge (Diploma and above)
  • Experience in F&B retail chain will be an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understanding of Malaysia Employment Act

    1. Educational Requirement:

    • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
    • Certification in payroll administration or HR management is a plus

      2. Language Requirement:

      • Proficient in English;
      • Proficient in Mandarin

        3. Experience Requirement:

        • 1-3 years of experience in payroll processing or related role.
        • Knowledge of payroll software and systems
        • Understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.

          4. Skill Requirement:

          • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

            5. Qualities Requirement:

            • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment (5.5 working days)
            • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
            • Ability to provide support to employees and resolve issues professionally
            • Self-discipline & willingness to learn
            • Strong ability to withstand pressure
