Senior Accountant / Certified Accountant
Financial Accounts & Ledger Management
Create, maintain, and update ledgers for all clients. Ensure all entries are accurate, timely, and compliant with accounting standards.
Account Reconciliation
Reconcile accounts weekly to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. Generate detailed reconciliation reports for internal review.
Cash Flow Management
Monitor daily cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations. and present cash flow statements to management regularly.
Debtor and Creditor Management
Maintain and control daily records of debtors and creditors. Follow up on outstanding payments and address overdue accounts proactively.
Client Interaction
Collaborate with European clients to provide tailored financial services. Address client inquiries and provide timely updates on their accounts.
Compliance and Reporting
Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and regulations. Prepare and present periodic financial reports for stakeholders.
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented qualified Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will manage financial records, ensure accurate account reconciliations, and oversee daily cash flow while catering to the unique requirements of our European clients. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, advanced proficiency in Excel, and a strong team-oriented mindset.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including data analysis, pivot tables, and formulas).
- Proven experience in ledger management, reconciliation, and cash flow control.
- Strong understanding of European accounting practices (preferred).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
