About your role

  • Execute initiatives to improve sales processes, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance customer engagement to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and re-engage with lost customers through targeted outreach.
  • Coordinate with a cross-functional teams to ensure smooth recovery processes.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures across operational processes.
  • Identify an issue with a system or service that has led to customer dissatisfaction or revenue loss.
  • Identify and resolve internal process inefficiencies that are affecting business recovery.
  • Analyze the sales process to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Provide resources and support to customers to help them better understanding in process

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in any fields
  • Qualifications: A few years' experience in the Automotive Industry is an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles, with a track record of driving sales growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft office, Note Pad and Basic Emailing.
