We are looking for a creative and highly organized Social Media Executive to manage, create, and execute engaging content across our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong video editing skills, particularly with CapCut, and a passion for crafting compelling social media posts to enhance our brand’s online presence. This role involves managing daily content schedules, writing captivating posts, editing and producing videos, and ensuring consistent and engaging communication across all platforms.
We are looking for a creative and highly organized Social Media Executive to manage, create, and execute engaging content across our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong video editing skills, particularly with CapCut, and a passion for crafting compelling social media posts to enhance our brand’s online presence. This role involves managing daily content schedules, writing captivating posts, editing and producing videos, and ensuring consistent and engaging communication across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and creative content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), including written posts, images, and video content.
- Video Editing: Utilize CapCut and other video editing tools to produce high-quality short-form and long-form videos for social media.
- Social Media Management: Manage daily posting schedules, ensuring content is timely and relevant. Monitor interactions and engage with followers regularly to boost community engagement.
- Platform Monitoring: Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices. Suggest new strategies and techniques to grow social media presence.
- Writing & Copywriting: Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for posts, captions, and advertisements. Ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and tone.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on social media performance (engagement, reach, conversions) and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster positive relationships with followers and online communities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure that content is aligned with overall marketing strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management and video editing (experience with CapCut is a must).
- Strong proficiency in using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or similar).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of SEO and social media advertising is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a passion for content creation and staying on top of social media trends.
Preferred:
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.).
- Familiarity with video platforms like YouTube and TikTok trends.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies.
