  • Maintain and update accounting and HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Process payroll, benefits, and other HR-related documentation
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and financial statements
  • Coordinate employee records and manage leave entitlements
  • Provide general support to the accounts and HR team as needed
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Office, accounting software, etc.)
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong attention to detail, with good organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
  • Must have own transport and be willing to work at the Telok Gong location

    Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (5 working days per week)
