- Maintain and update accounting and HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Process payroll, benefits, and other HR-related documentation
- Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Assist with the preparation of reports and financial statements
- Coordinate employee records and manage leave entitlements
- Provide general support to the accounts and HR team as needed
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Office, accounting software, etc.)
- Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English (spoken and written)
- Strong attention to detail, with good organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
- Must have own transport and be willing to work at the Telok Gong location
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (5 working days per week)
