ADMIN ASSISTANT/ ACCOUNT CLERK Requirement • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent. • Minimum 1 year working experience in related field. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems. • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English. • Able to work under pressure and multitask. • Self-motivated, proactive, discipline and able to work independently. • Able to develop ideas for making management more advance. • Teamwork is very important for our company work flow and culture. Job Description • Assist in day-to-day general administration and clerical work, and data entry, Assist in day-to-day accounting operations. • Assist Finance and CEO Office. • Perform daily operations, including managing petty cash, and incoming and outgoing mail. • Prepare proper documentation arrangement, and filing, maintain accurate records, and document control consistently with office guidelines and procedures. • Assist with company secretary filings and other statutory compliance. • Handle adhoc work given by superior. • Any other tasks assigned from time to time.
