Welder

Main task: • To properly rebuild the the lorry bucket, including removal and installation of the bucket from the truck's main chassis. • To perform normal welding approach, MIG welding, oxy torch cutting and marking. Job description: • To assess and analyze the condition of lorry bucket in order to determine the appropriate degree of rebuilding or correction required • To select and implement the best correction method with a focus on various welding techniques • To ensure proper maintenance of tools and facility equipment at the workstation • To ensure safety at workplace • Perform any other duties as instructed by management. Job requirements: • Candidate should possess a Diploma or Professional Certificate in Welding or equivalent. • At least 2-3 years experience in welding, preferably in construction or heavy machinery industries • Have exposure on 5S methodology • Ability to foster cooperation and promote a harmonious work environment by effectively collaborating with fellow colleagues. • Ability to work under minimal supervision • Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Batu Arang, Kota Puteri, Selangor.
