CRM (Sales lead)

Responsibilities: • Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. • Conduct effective online presentations and demos for prospects. • Qualify and direct promising leads to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closing. • Achieve quarterly sales targets and close deals. • Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest. • Maintain accurate data hygiene for assigned portfolios and segments. • Expand the prospect database within assigned segments or industries. • Collaborate with the Marketing and Enterprise teams to build a pipeline and close deals. Requirement: 1. Experienced in hunting sales, who able to do leads generation and demand generation. 2. Candidate must possess at least a Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics or related field. 3. Minimum of 2 years or more of Loyalty & CRM experience in retail industry is advantageous. 4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
