We are now looking for passionate Sales Chat Specialist to join us! Responsibilities : -Respond to customer comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms promptly and professionally. -Handle customer concerns and provide information to encourage sales and improve the customer experience. -Actively engage with followers to generate sales leads through creative calls-to-action (CTA), promotions, and product recommendations. -Monitor brand mentions and respond to comments, ensuring a positive online reputation. -Identify opportunities to upsell products and services during customer interactions to maximize sales potential. -Promote relevant offers, upgrades, or add-ons tailored to customer needs. Requirements : -Candidates must possess at least an SPM certificate/ Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred. -Entry-level candidates are welcome, but 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or digital communication is an advantage. -Proficiency in messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM). -Familiarity with e-commerce tools and live chat applications is a plus. -Strong written communication skills for clear, professional, and engaging interactions. -Sales-driven mindset with persuasive communication abilities. -Problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach. -Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while handling individual responsibilities.
