We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Head of Secondary School to join our growing team. Skills Required
- Leadership and Vision: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and support staff to achieve high standards. A deep understanding of curriculum development, assessment strategies, and secondary school pedagogy is essential.
- Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage students, parents, and colleagues. Experience in fostering strong partnerships and creating a collaborative culture.
- Safeguarding and Student Wellbeing: Demonstrated expertise in prioritizing the safety, welfare, and personal development of all students.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proficiency in analysing student data to inform academic and pastoral improvements. Familiarity with data platforms is advantageous.
- Curriculum and Instructional Development: Strong ability to support and enhance teaching strategies that encourage active, inquiry-based learning, aligned with the school’s values.
