Warehouse Executive

1. Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of goods. 2. Conduct quality and quantity checks when receiving goods from suppliers 3. Plan and execute the repalletization of goods received into warehouse 4. Develop and enhance warehouse policies and processes to optimize warehouse capacity and to minimize costs. 5. Ensure good housekeeping, process control, material storage and handling procedures are strictly adhered to. 6. Monitoring inventory levels and handling stock count activities. 7. Ensure the warehouse operates in compliance with safety regulations. 8. Ensure the warehouse strictly adheres to the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) system for inventory management to minimize product expiration and waste. 9. Ensure accurate stock quantity between the system and actual at the floor. 10. Ensure health, safety, cleanliness, and security of the store / receiving and distribution goods area at all times. 11. Oversee day-to-day operations, interpret data and analytics, and generate reports. 12. Any other relevant task as assigned by the Company's Management Job Requirement: 1. Possess at least certificate/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management or Logistics. 2. Individual who is hardworking, proactive and responsible 3. At least 3 years’ experience in warehousing and distribution in a manufacturing environment. 4. Knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS) (SQL) will be an added advantage
