Job Descriptions:- Responsible for renewal sales and committed in striving to achieve the renewal sales targets.
- Plan, manage, develop business opportunities with customer accounts assigned.
- Attend to case status updates, requests, follow-ups with customers, attend to customer complaints & resolve any complaints or issues to customer's satisfaction.
- Assist in any other duties as required from time to time.
