Job Responsibilities/Duties: • Plan, coordinate, and monitor warehousing and logistic operations. • Develop, implement, and continually improve logistic and warehouse operating procedures and workers' efficiency. • Recommend improvement plans to streamline processes to enhance the efficiency of the supply chain and increase Company profitability. • Collaborate with inter-department to resolve operational difficulties, challenges or complaints. • Liaise and coordinate with transporters on the transportation, shipping, and delivery activities to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution. • Manage all aspects of the stock delivery processes, including scheduling, routing, tracking shipments, and handling the full set of shipping documentation. • Assist or carry out any other duties as and when assigned by superior. Job Requirements: • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Warehouse or a related field. • Over 2 years of working experience in the same field (Warehousing / Logistics / Transportation / Inventory) and experience in the export industry is an added advantage. • Good in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is Compulsory) • Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people at all levels. • Strong data analytical skills and ability to show effective leadership to solve problems and set priorities. • Able to work independently with minimum supervision. • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office tools/applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Willing to work in Padang Meha, Kedah.
