Clubhouse manager plan, organize and direct the operations of the clubhouse and similar establishments to provide club members with great hospitality and other services.
Tasks include: –
- directing and overseeing reservation, reception, membership management, service quality, facility condition and housekeeping activities;
- supervising security arrangements, landscape garden and property maintenance;
- planning and supervising gym, lounge, swimming pool, sports/fitness halls, hobby rooms, function and conference activities;
- plan and manage marketing events and activities for the promotion of the clubhouse and memberships
- observing contracts, licenses and other laws and regulations;
- assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction;
- overseeing accounting and purchasing activities;
- undertaking budgeting for the establishment;
- controlling selection, training and supervision of staff;
- overseeing quality of service providers and contractors
- ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations;
- manage statistical and executive reports
- routine report and feedback to headquarters/top management

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
