JOB SCOPE
- General admin and customer support.
- To update employee databases, screen resumes, schedule interviews, post job ads, and assist in preparing HR-related reports.
- Perform basic HR administrative work such as filling, data entry, prepare documentation, event management.
- Perform customer service task such as handle order, customer complaints and packing order
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operation.
- Perform market research on industry news and trends, competition and other related activities
- To perform ad hoc task assigned by the management from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to use PC
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing, Human Resource or equivalent
- Multitasking and independent person
- Able to start immediately is advantage
- Good communication skills-English/Bahasa Malaysia
