JOB SCOPE

  • General admin and customer support.
  • To update employee databases, screen resumes, schedule interviews, post job ads, and assist in preparing HR-related reports.
  • Perform basic HR administrative work such as filling, data entry, prepare documentation, event management.
  • Perform customer service task such as handle order, customer complaints and packing order
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operation.
  • Perform market research on industry news and trends, competition and other related activities
  • To perform ad hoc task assigned by the management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to use PC
  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing, Human Resource or equivalent
  • Multitasking and independent person
  • Able to start immediately is advantage
  • Good communication skills-English/Bahasa Malaysia
