  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inquiries about our Phonics and Math programs via in-person, phone, and online communication.
  • Maintain accurate student attendance and record-keeping systems.
  • Process school fees through digital payment systems.
  • Upload class photos and curriculum slides to the center’s online portal weekly.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of SkillsFuture training courses.
  • Ensure the center remains clean, welcoming, and organized for staff, students, and parents.

What You’ll Bring

  • A customer-focused, proactive mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional communication abilities to engage effectively with parents, students, and team members.
  • Prior experience in customer service, especially in education, is an advantage.
  • Comfortable navigating digital tools and systems.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Working Hours

  • Mondays & Tuesdays: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Fridays: 9:45 AM – 6:45 PM
  • Saturdays & Sundays: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Off Days: Wednesdays and Thursdays
