Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a positive image of the organization.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring proper distribution.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
  • To undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc function and related duties as assigned.
  • To perform general clerical/ administration duties such as filing & photocopying.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and purchase of office general items (Stationery and machine accessories)

Job Requirement

  • Degree in Business Studies / Management or equivalent or SPM
  • Required skill(s): MS Office, Power Point, MS Excel Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin
  • Able to work as a team, positive attitude, highly self-motivated and willing to learn.
  • Hardworking, dedicated and highly disciplined.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills or Basic administration skills
  • Excellent time management and able to deliver quality result within the deadlines.
  • Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work in Seri Kembangan # Bukit Serdang
  • Ability to start work immediately is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
