  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Academic Training Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in revising and enhancing our existing lesson syllabus and structure, as well as developing and improving teacher training and new staff onboarding programs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and quality of our educational offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Syllabus Development and Improvement:

  • Review and revise the current lesson syllabus to ensure it meets the latest educational standards and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to integrate innovative teaching methodologies.
  • Incorporate feedback from students and teachers to refine lesson plans.

2. Teacher Training Program Development:

  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs for teachers.
  • Develop materials and resources to support ongoing teacher professional development.
  • Ensure all training aligns with company teaching philosophy and best practices.

3. New Staff Onboarding:

  • Develop and maintain training programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
  • Provide support and guidance during the onboarding process to help new staff succeed in their roles.

4. Quality Assurance and Evaluation:

  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of the syllabus and training programs.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to implement continuous improvements.
  • Monitor the performance of teachers and new staff to ensure adherence to training outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Degree in Education, Curriculum Design, Psychology or a related field.
  • Experience in curriculum development or academic training will be a plus point.
  • Understanding of educational standards and teaching methodologies.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using Canva, Microsoft Office and Google workspace.
