Specialist, Revenue Management System and Insights

Reports To

Manager, Revenue Management Systems and Insights

Position Summary

Ensure the optimal performance of application systems under the purview of the Revenue Management System and Insight (RMSI) team. Provide support for project implementation, systems maintenance, and issue resolution. Assist stakeholders in projects involving RMSI, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery.

Key Accountability

  • To have basic knowledge on all the system applications used in RMD as per below:
  • AMADEUS (i.e., Schedule, INV, ARI, ARP, ABI etc.), PROS RMA and WTP, ATPCO ARCHITECT and RATEGAIN AIRGAIN
  • To be the system administrator of the above system and to provide support to the end user.
  • To ensure timely and accurate updates of all Codeshare flight schedules into PSS systems.
  • To coordinate with partner airlines on any Codeshare flights related matter.
  • To investigate and provide resolution on any operational issues related to all RMSI applications system which being raised by various internal and external stakeholders.
  • To coordinate project of system implementation for the related applications as above and assist other stake holders on their projects that required task that relates to the RMSI team.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 5 years of experience in Passenger Services Systems (PSS) and Revenue Management Systems (RMS).
  • Experience in IT projects implementations.

Skill & Knowledge

  • Proficient with productivity software and tools.
  • Coordination & project management skills.
  • Analytical and commercial evaluation skills

Key Challenges

  • Ensuring accuracy in updates to prevent passenger or flight disruptions affecting critical operational areas.
  • Maintaining timely updates to publish codeshare flight schedule changes promptly, enabling bookings through distribution channels.
  • Balancing competing priorities between project delivery and operational support activities.
