Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners globally to meet diverse hiring needs.
  • Elevate AirAsia X’s brand as a Travel Tech company across Asia, increasing visibility among top talents.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a high standard of efficiency and quality.
  • Represent AirAsia X at career fairs and student events, enhancing employer branding.
  • Enhance AirAsia’s social media presence and lead targeted campaigns to fulfill hiring demands.
  • Deliver timely recruitment metrics, insights, and reports to guide decision-making and optimize processes.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure satisfaction with recruitment services and results.
  • Spearhead recruitment projects aimed at improving processes, quality, and speed of delivery.

Your Profile

  • 7+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Proven track record in hiring senior positions, C-suite executives, and foreign talents.
  • Expertise in managing both high-volume hiring and niche, specialized roles.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ability to develop, implement, and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and thrives in ambiguous, dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for hiring drives and recruitment initiatives.
