Sales Manager

Job Descriptions: - 1. Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns. 2. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. 3. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands Company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence. 4. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives. 5. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. 6. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. 7. Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new services offered and competition status. 8. Comply with all related government regulatory and statutory requirements in business activities. 9. Adhere to ISO procedures to maintain and improve the Company Quality System. Comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policy at all times. 10. Build and maintain good relationships with employees across all levels, customers, vendors, and stakeholders. 11. Ensure all activities comply with the Company Code of Conduct and business ethics. 12. Perform other tasks as instructed by the Manager, HOD, or higher authority. Working Experience and Academic Requirements:- 1. 5 or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting. 2. Proven record success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing. 3. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills. 4. Superb leadership ability. 5. Strong written and verbal communication in Japanese and English.
