Technician

• Assisting the supervisor and engineers with electrical, mechanical design and maintenance tasks. • Ensure electrical & mechanical operations, standards and controls are maintained at high quality. • Resolve motor, pump, conveyor and hydraulic problems, troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs. • Developing and implementing mechanical maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns. • Optimizing mechanical efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings. • Responsible for maintenance of wastewater treatment plant, all lift stations, and storage tanks • Performs all laboratory testing of influent and effluent and record results in various logs and reports • Responsible for personnel and equipment usage scheduling • Ensures calibration of all testing equipment and orders testing supplies • Responsible for equipment maintenance at plant and lift stations • Must arrive at work on time and maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance • Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations. • Maintains company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations. • To promote high team work spirit and uphold hormones working environment among all team members and employees in the company. • To be committed and play positive roles towards achieving the Company's mission and vision. • To take up any other tasks and/or responsibilities not stated, as instructed by the Management from time to time.
