EXECUTIVE (GOLF)

Key Requirements:

• Have a keen interest in and possess basic golf knowledge.
• Candidate must possess Degree/Diploma in any related field which recognized by Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with golfers and members.
• A passion for the game of golf and a deep understanding of the sport, its rules, and the golfing community hospitality, the guest experience and growing a business.
• Ability to manage time effectively and to prioritise actions.
• Able to work long hours during certain days and willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
• Proactive, multi-tasking and enthusiast.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day operations of the Golf Driving Range including but not limited to bay management (ball rentals and shop), event management and marketing.
• Requisitions supplies and equipment, promotes interest in the use of the golf course facilities to members and guests.
• Develop and manage relationships with existing and potential visitors.
• Supervise the rental and use of golf carts and maintenance of such equipment.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and updates management team on the daily /weekly/ monthly progress of the overall operation.
• Carry out any special projects or ad-hoc assignment/task as and when required/instructed by the Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
