Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the dining area, supervises food and beverage service staff in accordance with hotel operating policies. Providing leadership and control in outlets ensuring all customers to receive good service and quality foods.
  • Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food & Beverage costs.
  • Work along with heads on departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures.
  • Provides feedback and coaching to the team regularly.
  • Sets high standards for appropriate team preparedness for shift.
  • Works with food and beverage staff to ensure proper food presentation and proper

food-handling procedures.

  • Schedules periodic food and beverage service staff meetings to ensure correct

interpretation of policies and obtain feedback from staff members.

  • Check the quality of deliveries of fresh food and baked goods, meet with sales

representatives to order supplies such as tableware, cooking utensils, and cleaning
items, arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services.

  • Prepare reports or presentation related to assigned works.

Requirements:

1. At least 2 years of hotel management work experience, specializing in F&B / Restaurant / Outlets service background.
2. Excellent grooming standards.
3. Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest services.
4. Willing to work long hours especially during weekends and public holidays.
5. Able to work in fast-paced environment.
