Sales & Marketing Executive

• To propose attractive marketing scheme/package. • To develop aggressive sales plan, marketing strategies & pricing proposal. • Coordinate and organise sales launches, road shows and promotional events. • Coordinate and liaise with designers & suppliers for the preparation of Sale & Marketing materials. • Attend to phone enquiries and walk-in customer professionally and clinch the sales, act proactively to source for new prospects and follow up with existing prospects to ensure monthly sales target is achieved. • Conduct market research and monitor development trends. • To prepare reports such as monthly sales report, activities report, work progress report and relevant report that required by management. • Liaison with solicitors, bankers and purchasers until the completion of sales documentation. • Follow our legal documentations of sales process. • Monitoring of customer satisfaction to ensure quality services fulfilment. • To assist Manager or Assistant Manager on task assigned. • To arrange all documentation pertaining to sale & purchase agreement, sub-sales, loan agreement and assignment. • To monitor and ensure effectiveness of all resource in achieving sales target. • To arrange and accompany potential buyers for site viewing. • To advise Project Department on the feedback of the existing purchaser and potential buyer. • Monitoring consultants on design of building banner, bunting, advertisement/write-up magazine/ newspaper, brochure, leaflet and etc.
