Job description
Overview
To achieve individual sales targets as well as company business target Identifying the short & long-term projects & business sustainability. Assessing costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices. Estimating sales volume and profit for current and new products.
Accountabilities
1. Create Revenue for the company
- The achievement rate of individual target set by the management
- Individual Sales Planning and Execution
2. Managing management key Accounts
To maintain and managed the management key accounts and get repeated revenue
- Weekly casual discussion
- Building repo with Existing Clients
- Up selling new product
3. New client acquisition
- To recruit 20 new clients yearly; Quarterly 5 new clients
- Identify the prospect to be your client
- Converting marketing leads to Sales
4. Project Cost AV
- To maintain 60% and above
- Achievement rate of individual target
- Managing the project expenses
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in the service or educational industry
- Minimum Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Business Management, Marketing or any related field
- Good computer skills especially in MS Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills especially in English
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
