- Responsible for tracking parcels to customers and conducting communication with customers and related departments in the communication channels specified by the company
- To provide information, advice and basic troubleshooting in the case of delayed or lost deliveries
- Record data and produce daily/weekly/monthly reports. Both in the part of the parcel that has delivery problems, residual or other related problems.
- Problem analysis and performance
- To present solutions to problems in delivery to be more efficient and effective.
- Study and follow up on new knowledge-related technologies. to be applied in effective management
- Work and other projects as assigned by the supervisor
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Diploma or Degree majoring in Logistics management, transportation, supply chain management are preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills, and able to deal with immediate problem.
- Able to work well under pressure

Working Days: 6 Days / Week (Monday to Saturday)
Working Hour: 9:00AM to 5:30PM
