To entertain and respond promptly customer inquiry either by telephone or electronically by providing accurate information to the callers.To handle customer complaints in correct information and professional manner and to assist them with enquires on behalf of the company.Responsible to entertain work in customer for all direct sales order and purchase at the counter Retail Center.To prepare cash sale billing according to standard process in house system, ES Accounting System.Responsible in handling daily cash sales and ensure cash note keeping safely in drawer cash.Responsible to closing counter sales and ensure total cash, cheque, credit card and good return note are accurate according to cash statement report.Daily submitting cash sales and transaction report to Finance Department either the same day closing or not later 9.30 am on the following day.Ensure the tidiness and cleanliness Retail Center area at all times. Minimum diplomaExperience with good administrative and telephone skills.Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently with a strong customer service mindset.Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, paying attention to detail.Good interpersonal skills in a professional and responsive manner.Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
