Key Responsibilities: Cost Management and Estimation: Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts. Conduct feasibility studies to assess financial viability. Ensure alignment between design specifications and cost considerations. Compliance and Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends, market rates, and legal regulations. Implement best practices and standards in quantity surveying and cost management. Key Qualifications and Skills: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a significant portion in leadership roles. Key Skills: Strong analytical and numerical skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Leadership and team management capabilities. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
