Key Responsibilities: E-commerce Management (Global Export Focus): Develop and execute an e-commerce strategy to expand Zeze Intelligence’s international footprint. Set up, manage, and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions across multiple online platforms. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to ensure competitive positioning. Ensure seamless payment processing, international shipping, and customer support systems for global clients. Collaborate with technical teams to enhance the platform's usability and scalability. Content Creation and Marketing: Create engaging and persuasive content that communicates the value of Zeze Intelligence’s products, focusing on AI health scanners. Write SEO-friendly website copy, product descriptions, blog posts, case studies, and newsletters. Develop educational resources (e.g., user guides, whitepapers, and infographics) to increase customer retention and product adoption. Plan and execute social media campaigns to showcase product benefits and build a global audience. Ensure brand consistency and adapt messaging to resonate with diverse international markets. Client Engagement and Retention: Design targeted marketing campaigns to encourage repeat purchases and foster client loyalty. Collaborate with sales and support teams to gather client feedback and improve user experience. Develop loyalty programs, referral systems, and exclusive offers for high-value clients. Monitor customer behavior analytics to refine engagement strategies and identify growth opportunities. Reporting and Analytics: Measure the performance of e-commerce and content campaigns using key metrics like conversion rates, traffic, and customer acquisition cost (CAC). Prepare regular reports to inform business decisions and demonstrate ROI. Continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
