M&E Technician

Requirement: -Relevant qualifications in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field (e.g., diploma or certification). -Experience in maintenance, repair, and installation of M&E systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical wiring, lighting). -Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to M&E systems. -Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment. -Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. -Good communication and teamwork abilities. -Willingness to work in shifts or emergency situations if required. -Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage. Responsibility: -Maintain, repair, and install mechanical and electrical systems (e.g., air conditioning, lighting, power systems). -Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency. -Troubleshoot and fix issues with mechanical and electrical equipment. -Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. -Document maintenance and repairs accurately. -Assist in the installation of new systems during construction or renovations.
