Key Responsibilities
To provide professional services for customers and technical support/training for service partners, including technical site analysis to resolve customer issues and to perform field service duties.
Key Accountabilities:
- -Serves as the first point of contact for customer in managing all their issues. -Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving system problems. -Perform all scheduled task. -Provide service deliverables according to SLA. -Attend to all alerts that are prompted via monitoring tool. -Understand customers and contracts while providing excellent service and resolving any issues/complaints in a professional manner. -Alert Top Management on any pending issues. -Ensure compliance with all safety policies, practices and procedures. -To ensure documentation, reports and other required documents are kept up to date in compliance with Management’s direction. -Put forward any ideas to improve process/procedures.
