- Assist with scheduling lessons, theory classes, and tests.
Communication:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
- Relay important messages to relevant departments and follow up with customers.
Administrative Support:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
- Maintain student records and assist with financial documentation.
- Coordinate class schedules with instructors and manage inventory.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and proactively address concerns.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Share information and support colleagues during peak periods.
- Minimum requirement of SPM
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and customer relationship management.
