- Manage the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and hiring new employees.
- Ensure the accuracy of payroll entries and related tax filings.
- Handle tax deductions, provident funds, and other statutory payments related to employee salaries
- Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations, such as labor laws, tax laws, and company policies.
