- Drive the execution of marketing activities for the assigned portfolio to achieve growth opportunities, market share and profit objectives in line with the overall commercial priorities.
- Implement brand activation strategies and retail marketing plans in accordance with overall brand positioning.
- Create impactful marketing and trade marketing materials such as point-of-sale materials, merchandising displays, and sales presentations.
- Execute all brand activation initiatives, retail merchandising installation and implementation across all touch points.
- Build strong relationships with product team, sales team and trade partners to ensure effective execution of channel initiatives.
- Identify challenges, and propose improvements to enhance customer engagement with the brand.
- Track & analyse the effectiveness of current localized events and to work with regional teams on implementation of improvements.
- Degree or other suitable qualification, preferably in Business Management/Marketing.
- Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in marketing, preferably within the financial or banking industry.
- Possesses sound Marketing/Trade Marketing/Retail Marketing/Brand Activation knowledge, excellent communication & strong interpersonal skills.
- Customer centric marketer with an inquisitive and passionate brand mindset.
- Possess analytical and customer insight skills.
