Job Description:
Handling the full spectrum of human resource functions, from staff onboarding and offboarding processes, personnel management, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, training, industrial relations, staff exit processes, and other day-to-day HR administration.
Manage the recruitment process independently to ensure timely staffing. This includes, but is not limited to, updating recruitment needs, posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and performing preliminary assessments of candidates.
To assist in managing HR operations such as preparing and maintaining personal files and records, payroll entry, issuance of letters, tracking of service confirmation, contract expiry etc.
Ensuring that all HR related policies and procedures are adhered. Review and update employee handbook, organization chart etc regularly.
Support in organizing employee engagement and employee welfare activities.
Any other duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:
Preferably a Bachelor in HR Management, Business Administration or relevant fields
Minimum 1-2 years of practical experience in HR and at least 1 year in general HR management positions and experience in recruitment.
Good knowledge of Malaysia Labor Laws.
Own professional ethics, work detail, and have strong communication and coordination skills;
Required language(s): Malay, English and Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin-speaking coworkers)

熟悉马来西亚劳动法。
