Position: Human Resources Generalist

Employment Status: Permanent (On Site)

Salary Range: RM3,000.00- RM3,500.00 (Depending on experience)

Responsibility:

Recruitment & Selections

  • Posting job advertisement for required vacancies.
  • Sourcing of potential candidates.
  • Quick screen and reviewing to understand candidate’s background etc.
  • Arranging interview sessions for hiring manager.
  • Shortlisting and offering of employment by providing offer letter.
  • Handling exit interview matters for resigned employees from time to time

    Administrations

    • Record keeping of data and info in the related files to ensure IT is accessible from time to time as when needed.
    • Handling monthly birthday celebrations arrangements with the teams.
    • Handling and coordinating company events as when needed from time to time.
    • Handling sports and recreation activities planning for the Company on a monthly basis at least.
    • Memo publishing and distributing to notify the Company’s teammates on the latest info or any other matters that requires everyone's attention.
    • Handling cleaning worker to ensure the office workspace is always clean at all times
    • Coordinating Company’s group chat in terms of adding and removing of employees from time to time.
    • Updating and improvising Company’s form if required from time to time.

      Payroll Compensation & Benefits

      • Processing monthly payroll in the HR system.
      • Processing claims and also allowance eligibility for employees.
      • Process statutory payment on a timely manner.
      • Publishing pay slips or EA form from time to time.
      • Handling required deductions if any.
      • Coordinating and updating employee personal data to ensure it is updated at all times.
