Description
- Provide first-level support to employees across ANZ.
- Coordinate and issue contracts, support role movements, onboard and offboard staff
- Answer employee questions related to leave, and interpreting policy.
- Providing first-level support to enquires across ANZ.
- Manage the administrative tasks relating to the onboarding, offboarding, transfers and liaising with payroll/shared services in relation to these changes.
- Manage the HR ANZ inbox alongside our payroll admin.
- Maintain various platforms such as Edapp and Tanda.
- Provide admin support, issue contracts in a timely manner.
- Look at ways to improve efficiencies and develop new processes.
- Maintain handbook and policies.
Requirements
- Have previous experience working as an HR Admin or Payroll Administrator.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Have a general understanding of the Fair Work Act and relevant legislation.
- Bring a customer service mindset and be able to think of creative ways to solve problems.
- Detailed oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
