Description

  • Provide first-level support to employees across ANZ.
  • Coordinate and issue contracts, support role movements, onboard and offboard staff
  • Answer employee questions related to leave, and interpreting policy.
  • Providing first-level support to enquires across ANZ.
  • Manage the administrative tasks relating to the onboarding, offboarding, transfers and liaising with payroll/shared services in relation to these changes.
  • Manage the HR ANZ inbox alongside our payroll admin.
  • Maintain various platforms such as Edapp and Tanda.
  • Provide admin support, issue contracts in a timely manner.
  • Look at ways to improve efficiencies and develop new processes.
  • Maintain handbook and policies.

Requirements

  • Have previous experience working as an HR Admin or Payroll Administrator.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Have a general understanding of the Fair Work Act and relevant legislation.
  • Bring a customer service mindset and be able to think of creative ways to solve problems.
  • Detailed oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
