1. According to company and BU strategy, participate the customer or key project review, project cost management to meet the BU KPI target. 2. Setup and leading the Customer Focus Team from different function departments to drive the successful of project and achieve customer satisfaction. 3. Coordinate with internal departments to build a good communication on production procedure, production planning, material planning, Import & export, and logistic. Guarantee the high efficient teamwork for customer’s projects. 4. Maintain good relations with the key customers to ensure the smooth progress and development of the project. 5. Training and guidance for each PM to effectively manage business project work;
