About the Project

This exciting project will involve the installation of 11/33kV underground cables across Peninsular Malaysia. If you have experience or knowledge in underground cable installations, this is your opportunity to make an impact in a critical area of the industry!

Your Role

As a Project Administrator, you will be the backbone of our project teams. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Oversee all project operations from initiation to completion, all from our modern office environment.
  • Prepare essential project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and other critical documents.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure flawless execution.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and Project Engineers to ensure seamless project implementation.
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and scope, ensuring everything is on track and within scope.
  • Address administrative issues and help keep the project moving forward smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

Educational Background: Minimum Diploma in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years in project management or administrative roles.
  • Prior experience or knowledge of underground cable installations is highly valued.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team.
