Job Title: NPI Artwork Coordinator (Contract, 12 months)

Job Purpose:
- Manage cosmetic changes to existing products based on project timelines, including artwork development, approval, commercial run, and first delivery to market.
- Ensure the delivery of all packaging designs and changes for the site.
- Coordinate between relevant internal and external parties involved in pack design and change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Artwork System CHAMPS for new product launches, product transfers, and technical changes on existing components.
- Coordinate activities related to pack changes from a site perspective, involving appropriate roles in the site.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams (marketing, regulatory, logistics, technical, NPI, quality, finance, trade routes & pricing) and external parties (pack change analyst in regional service center, artwork shared service).
- Collaborate with Technical Service, Operations, and Engineering to define product and process technology roadmaps, identify gaps, and execute plans to fill those gaps.
- Keep the operations team updated on new products from project planning to production.
- Coordinate and discuss with markets, internal teams, and suppliers on agreed timelines to phase in new packaging artwork.
- Ensure the change control process for new product launches, product extensions, and cosmetic changes is followed, and corresponding EHS risk assessments are carried out.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Quality Standards, such as HALEON CHSOP, Global Procedures, and LSOP, in the process for new product launches, product extensions, and cosmetic changes.
- As a system owner of artwork systems such as Champs, ensure compliance through L1 & L2 audits.
- Raise EHS One, participate in EHS investigations, and support EHS-related improvement plans or activities.
- Participate in the HALAL Management Committee to ensure processes for HALAL assurance are established, implemented, and maintained.
Educational Background
- Minimum Required: Degree in any field, preferably related to business or supply chain.

Job-Related Experience
- Minimum Experience: Project management experience.
Other Job-Related Skills/Background
- At least 3 years of experience in operation management or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
