Recording Keeping: Maintaining employee records, including had and soft copies.
Database Updates: Updating Hr databases with information on new hires, separations, and leaves.
Policy Creation: Developing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
Job Ads: Publishing Job ads
Interview Scheduling: Scheduling interviews.
HR Reports: Preparing HR-related reports.
Training Materials: Developing training materials.
Employee Inquiries: Responding to employee inquiries about benefits.
40 hours of working ( MONDAY - FRIDAY )
