About the Role
The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning & Execution: Plan, identify and execute performance marketing approaches to reach new market segments to drive acquisitions and expand market share.
- Digital Content Creation: Work with in-house content team to develop digital content promoting Aonic’s business verticals and product offerings.
- Paid Media: Plan and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual brand and online budgets for the Marketing team.
- SEO/SEM: Set up and manage digital ads, according to each product's target audiences. Followed by continuous optimization.
- Regional Marketing Team: Act as regional marketing team, collaborate with the local marketing team and external partners towards achieving business objectives.
- Analytics: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing efforts to continuously drive effective marketing efforts, with reference to the budget allocated.
- Marketing Tools & Systems: Continuously explore new and maintain digital marketing tools such as CRM, CMS etc. to simplify daily tasks.
- Website Management: Work closely with software team to effectively manage website content, especially on new product releases.
About You

- Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience. Experience in growing brand/business in the technology & hardware industry is a plus.
- Highly analytical & numbers-driven, leverage data to make informed decisions to drive key objectives.
- Direct experience in marketing tools such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
- Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices and reporting.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Photoshop, Premier Pro, Illustrator etc.) & CRM system such as Hubspot is desirable.
- Growth mindset, creative problem-solver and out-of-the-box thinker.
