Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, with a primary focus on sales positions.
- Work with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing goals.
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels to source and attract qualified candidates.
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and shortlist candidates for further interviews.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Promote company as an attractive employer and communicate the company’s mission and values to potential candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics for reporting purposes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
