Senior Marketing Executive - Responsibilities
- Lead and Manage Marketing Initiatives: Take charge of executing and overseeing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and events, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coordinate the marketing team to ensure smooth execution of projects. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Effective Communication: Act as the main point of contact between marketing, sales, and senior leadership. Communicate clearly and confidently to ensure everyone is aligned and marketing efforts are fully supported across departments.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Implement marketing campaigns and continuously monitor their performance. Analyze data to make informed decisions, optimizing strategies to meet KPIs and deliver strong ROI.
- Brand Consistency & Development: Ensure all marketing materials, content, and communications maintain consistent brand messaging and tone. Contribute to brand strategy and help drive brand awareness across various channels.
- Market Research & Analysis: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Use this information to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead of market demands.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and external partners, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Event Planning & Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of marketing events, product launches, and trade shows, ensuring smooth operations and maximum engagement.
- Ad-Hoc: Any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assign by management from time to time.
Key Requirements
- Education: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, advertising, or promotions, with a proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Campaign & Event Expertise: Familiar with advertising and promotional campaign execution, as well as event planning and coordination.
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Driven: Must be confident, self-motivated, and extremely goals-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
- Leadership & Team Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing a team, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Networking & Relationship Building: Strong networking skills and the ability to develop and maintain valuable relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly, negotiate, and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
