Responsibilities :
- To develop goals & objectives & to lead team members.
- To prepare, propose & execute marketing plan, budgets & progress report.
- To promote & sell company products & service ie. guest rooms, conference and function facilities to individual, corporate, government sector, industrial, travel agent & associations.
- To monitor, maintain corporate clients accounts & prepare clientele analysis.
- To follow-up on clients requests, feedback & provide prompt outstanding service.
- To ensure smooth running of all functions & events.
- To maintain existing & expand new account with aggressive sales & marketing strategies.
- To survey / research competitors products & services & prepare proposal.
- To maintain a good rapport with clients.
Requirement :
- Proven track record in hospitality industry.
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this positions.
- Preferably specialized in Hotel Management / Tourism Services or equivalent.
- Good leadership & time management skills.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Matured : self-motive; positive attitude; strong network.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Process own transport & valid driving license.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
